We're looking for barbers and cosmetologists who take pride in their craft and want a shop that supports them while they grow.

Key Responsibilities (Within Your License)

• Provide outstanding service that turns first-time clients into regulars
• Perform precision cuts, fades, shaves, and styling to each client's preference
• Apply color and treatment services as requested
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand and meet client needs
• Maintain a clean, organized station that meets sanitation and safety standards
• Work alongside the team to keep the shop running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• An active Alabama Barber or Cosmetology license, a student nearing completion, or a Class 1 applicant willing to obtain licensure

• Someone who values consistency, cleanliness, and high standards
