The office remains open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Initial compensation matches clinical background, featuring a performance and salary adjustment review after the initial 30 days.
Office Expectations: Candidates are required to hold at least 1 year of experience navigating Eaglesoft software in a dental practice environment. Key structural skills include precise patient data capture, reliable attendance, and front-desk flexibility. A warm, customer-oriented approach is critical to managing everyday administrative operations efficiently.

Dental receptionist / admin

An established general dental office is seeking a patient-friendly and dependable part-time Dental Receptionist / Admin to manage front-desk clinical operations. The role centers on coordinating patient administrative workflows within a general practice setting.
Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities include utilizing Eaglesoft software for managing schedules, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining electronic records. Administrative duties encompass greeting individuals warmly, answering multi-line phone calls, and coordinating patient documents. Front office functions require clinical staff scheduling alignment across varied weekday operational hours.
Team Collaboration: The ideal administrative professional must be reliable and flexible to accommodate the part-time shift structure. You will closely collaborate with clinical staff members to ensure clear communication pathways and maintain high patient fulfillment across dental procedures.

part-time $20 - $25 per hour

Salary commensurate with experience.

Office hours Monday, Wednesday 8-6, Tuesday Thursday Friday 8-5. Position is part time days flexible Salary adjustment following 30-day review.
