What we most need from the Art Director (and their Copywriter partner) is a large volume of ideas, quickly, that are connected to culture and surprise us with the new and the different. Job Responsibilities Develop a range of ideas in a short amount of time and refine and self-edit work along the wayKnows how to package up their ideas in ways that are clear, concise and buyable Can think in platforms and think beyond traditional advertising solutions Is a student of creative trends and best practices in advertising, culture, media and social.
