New to the industry? You'll get paid training and a team built to set you up right from the start. Been cutting hair for years? You've got a real path up: stylist to manager to educator to brand ambassador to area coach to franchise owner.


What you'll earn

• $30-$43/hr (base + tips + commission), full-time or part-time
• Up to $8/hr more in retail and service commission on top of your guaranteed hourly. 45% of our team hits it every pay period

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
