What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a well-equipped Level-IIIB NICU setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support family-centered care with programs like NICU Family Support and Angel Eye monitor
• Contribute to unit operations, including coverage for well-baby care and multiple births
• Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities, especially for new grads
• Assist in implementing and supporting hospital-wide NICU programs and policies

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Missouri
• Proven ability to work in intensive neonatal settings
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in Level III NICUs or similar environments
• Passion for education, quality initiatives, and family-centered care
