Mounts, balances, inspects, packages, and ships wheels, tires, and equipment within the Distribution Center (DC).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect/qualify tire warranty returnsReads work orders, shipping orders, invoices, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.Unloads, sorts and places tires, wheels, and equipment on racks, pallets, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Marks and tags wheels, tires, and equipment with identifying information.Records the amount of wheels, tires and equipment received or distributed.Loads and unloads freight trucks.Mounts and balances wheel and tire packages.Inspects, packages, and ships wheels, tires, and store supplies.Maintains DC equipment and cleanliness/organization of the DC and surrounding property.Other duties may be assigned.This part time position is the first step in your journey with Discount Tire.
